Who is Caryn Prall?

A Proud 3rd generation Realtor, Caryn Joined Keller Williams in 2003 following a career in Restaurant leadership, launch & operations. Her first year she earned Rookie of the Year and was based out of Columbus, Ohio. Following a move to Colorado, she was a top performing buyers agent for Pam Kiker, the owner of Colorado's largest KW office. Following her tenure there, she excelled in sales and was consistently a TOP 10 Producing agent in Denver, Colorado. In 2010 A move with her husband to Texas allowed her to step into a leadership role at KW in Amarillo, Texas, where she led and grew her office 2.5 times their size in 3 years. In 2013 a move back to Denver presented a new opportunity to lead a market center and brought KW Avenues to Number 1 in market share in under two years. In 2015 - 2020 Caryn led the Naperville, IL office. During Caryn's tenure, KW Infinity in Naperville was recognized as the highest Grossing office in the Mid American Region as well as the #1 KW office in Growth, Profitability, and Profit Share in the Midwest. Caryn has recruited more than 1500 Agents to KW as a Team Leader and now is an Operating Partner and General Manager with Pete Economos. The two lead 8 Locations in the Chicagoland suburbs. Under their leadership, the E to P Group of Top Producing Agents has surpassed 1300 associates and will close more than 2.8 Billion in Sales this year. In 2021, Caryn became the Regional Director for the Northern California and Hawaii Region. With 25 Billion closed Volume, under Caryn's leadership, the KW Northern California and Hawaii Region set all time records in Agent Count, Growth, and Production. Taking her unmatched experience in the industry, Caryn now serves as Chief of Growth and Industry for Keller Home Loans | Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Caryn is an agent, mentor, Market Center Investor, Executive Leader, Operating Partner, Speaker, Trainer and Coach for Keller Williams Worldwide, Lead Instructor for KW University focusing on Leadership Fundamentals & Business Planning Clinic, Director of R2G2 Program at KWRI, Executive Leader of Lady Leaders of Real Estate, which consists of more than 9,000 members and 36 chapters nationwide, The Messy Empire Podcast Host, Mainstreet Association of Realtors Professional Standards Chair, former Texas Association of Realtors Professional Standards Member, Blackbelt Team Leader for over 5 years, and in 2023, Caryn was inducted into the KW Team Leader Hall of Fame.
