The film “Show Her the Money” follows the courageous journey of female entrepreneurs and the venture capitalists who support them. According to a McKinsey study, women are expected to control $30 trillion in investable assets by the end of the decade. But if they continue to be overlooked for funding, what groundbreaking innovations might we miss—innovations that could change the world?

Info: We know and love our local small businesses. But how often do welisten to the complete story of how they started? Juanny Romero has grown her business from a small idea to one of the most beloved coffee shops in Las Vegas. Beyond that, she has spoken at the Democratic National Convention on behalf of small business owners. Juanny pours her heart into every aspect of her business, and we will get a first glance at how she took her business to great heights. ** more to come as speakers are announced **

Info: Women’s sports have the power to elevate women. Statistically, female athletes are more likely to be leaders later in their careers. Sports also have the power to improve a young girl’s confidence in herself. This conversation brings together leaders from the education and sports worlds to discuss initiatives and efforts toward utilizing the impact athletics can have on young females. (Each guest will receive a Rebel Girls Book!)

Info: Networking Activity: Speaker Moncy Trejo, Digital Marketing and Branding Expert. Throughout lunch, we will encourage each guest to introduce themselves and get to know each other in fun ways. Being REAL and AUTHENTIC is key to making new connections. Our leaders will guide you through this activity while you enjoy your lunch.

Info: Three local female-owned businesses will pitch their companies and why they deserve the Business of Her $10,000 Grant. Each business owner will have exactly 5 minutes to pitch their company to the audience. All guests in the audience will be able to vote for their favorite business, and the winner will be announced at the Prosecco & Pinot Party.

Scared to post your first video on TikTok? Afraid your message won’t land or make it to your target audience? Let’s face it: We all could do with some social media know-how. Kate will walk you through how to share your voice authentically on social platforms.

Jessica has lived through it all, from the joys of opening her own businesses and career success to a divorce and the loss of her son. Her life story will capture your heart and allow you to reflect on your life and legacy. What is it that you desire most in this world?

Info: Introducing the dynamic star power of two inspiring Latinas: Angélica Vale and Ericka Aviles. Angélica—beloved actress and TV host—has captured the hearts and minds of the Latino community throughout her celebrated career. Ericka, a Las Vegas powerhouse and respected community leader, brings her own brand of brilliance to the conversation. Together, they’ll explore what true star power means and how each of us can tap into it from within.
