The Business of Creating is a free in-person workshop series designed and facilitated by Create Birmingham to provide creative entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders with insights, resources, and tools to grow effectively and sustainably. During this workshop, we’ll look at the financial goals you have for yourself AND your venture and set realistic breakeven points to ensure you THRIVE. We’ll examine your ongoing costs and upcoming costs to help you establish financial projections for the year.
