During the event, we will bring 4-5 amazing entrepreneurs that are leaders in their industries for a fun Q&A session moderated by Jennifer Sanchez. We will have an opportunity for you to ask your questions to the panelists.

Jennifer Sanchez is a real estate investor, community creator, public speaker, and life/business coach with a passion for strategizing and holding entrepreneurs accountable to their personal and professional goals. Since 2018, she has worked with hundreds of women professionals & entrepreneurs through her conferences, retreats, networking events, and programs under her organization called WISE (Women's Institute of Self Development and Efficacy). She is also the founder of a running community called Fearless Girls Run, where she provides an outlet for women who want to get healthier and confident through running/walking. Before launching WISE, she worked in the not-for-profit world providing financial education, academic advising, and career coaching to thousands of individuals throughout the Chicagoland area looking to change their lives. Jennifer is also a contributing author in Today’s Inspired Latina, Volume 4, and Hispanic Star Rising Volume 2. She was recognized as Latinos 40 Under 40 Class of 2020 by Negocios Now. In addition, Jennifer was privileged to work alongside top real estate investor Andrew Holmes from National Reinvest who provides education on how to effectively invest in real estate within the Chicagoland market. As a passionate serial entrepreneur, she wants to see everyone get to the next level in business. Now she is creating networking, masterminds, and business-intensive spaces for both men and women to collaborate and thrive in business under the WISE Alliance Network.
Amber Farooqui is a 24 year old business coach, consultant, best selling author, speaker, community builder, and the founder of the sisterhood community which hosts the #1 women’s conferences in IL.
Rico, a Chicago native, born on the south side of Chicago, grew up in a
musical family. His family roots eventually led him into the world of
salsa dancing later in his life.
After high school, Rico decided to attend Oakwood College in Huntsville,
Alabama, where he discovered his love of Diesel engineering. Rico wanted
to work on planes, trains, and automobiles, but that paused when Rico
opened his first computer. A new desire awoke, and he wanted to learn
how computer systems worked. Rico decided to change his major and
returned to Chicago to study the trade in computer science.
Rico had to work multiple jobs while attending trade school to make ends
meet. After graduating from trade school and receiving his
certification, he landed his first job at U.S Robotics as a Tech support
agent. He continued his study and obtained his Microsoft and MCSE
certifications. Landing IT freelance contracts, Rico took the next step
to get into the network engineering field.
Hanging out with friends at a Salsa nightclub, he discovered his passion
for Latin Dance and decided to take up dance lessons. After several
months of practicing, he turned into a salsa master. The owner of Images
Nightclub in Chicago offered Rico a teaching job. Over a year, Rico
taught hundreds of people salsa and started to impact the dance
community. His dad, a respected jazz musician, could not help but
realize Rico's talent for dancing. He encouraged him to open his dance
school.
Rico opened his dance school "HotOn1Salsa" and developed a successful
dance group to be hired to perform for different events throughout the
Chicagoland area. Rico teaches private and public lessons, and his
dance group performances continue throughout the Midwest.
Rico's fame as a dance teacher expanded beyond the Midwest borders and
caught the eyes of one of his students. He invited Rico to teach a
Salsa Class at his wedding, and Rico accepted the challenge. The wedding
salsa class was a success as Rico taught dancing and emceed part of the
event with the wedding DJ. After receiving several requests to teach and
emcee wedding events, this event generated another business idea, and
Special Occasion Events was created.
Having a good business sense, Rico built his team of wedding planners,
DJ service, videography/ photography, and choreograph services for
Quinceaneras. Over the years, the company received excellent reviews,
and he built the company to the next level.
Sharing his knowledge and easing the pain of organizing a wedding, Rico
published a book called "Rock Your Weddings" to guide future newlyweds.
Rico's personality and charm were unique. His charisma was undeniably
attractive to his events appearances, which led to constant questions if
he is a radio or tv host—always having new ideas and ready for new
adventures. He gave the idea of a talk show serious consideration.
Brainstorming with his dance partner Valerie Moreno, they developed the
"Rico No Suave Talk Show" concept. Since the first show aired in July
2018, the interviews started with local names and have emerged into
full-time production. The first two years, the show booked guests from
all walks of life, which allowed him to grow and expand. However, due to
the show's popularity, the concentration of high-profile guests has
reached another level.
