Foregoing the traditional method of business plan writing, the BMC, created by Osterwalder & Pigneur in the Strategyzer books, presents a more visual and comprehensive option.
In this practical workshop at the BIPC, you will learn to divide and address each section of the business plan and how each works together to build your business.
This workshop will cover:

- How does the Business Model Canvas work?
- How to spilt up a business plan into sections
- How to work out your customers needs
- How to discern the people key to delivering your business

This is an in-person event in BIPC, 1st floor of Jubilee Library, Brighton.

What is your cancellation policy?
The majority of our events are free, but places are often limited - especially for in-person events, therefore please make sure you cancel your place, if you are unable to attend. You can cancel through your Eventbrite booking or emailing [email protected].
Can I attend if I'm not a member of the library?
Absolutely! Any Sussex based business/ person with a business idea is welcome. Though we always recommend joining the library as it's free and will make accessing our databases, books and publications much easier.
