This FREE taster session is aimed at those working in, or interested in working in, Human Resources and for individuals whose roles involve organisation and management responsibilities.

Overview:

The session will provide an introduction to how the structure, culture and management of a business impacts upon its success.

The tutor will provide an overview to the Level 4 SUCCESS modules in Business, Management and HR and will also provide insights into Higher Level training opportunities and how developing these skills could benefit your career.

We also have an Industry Expert from a local HR and Career Consultancy Company that will be working alongside our tutor to deliver the HR aspect of the course .

Our free tasters are standalone, non-accredited sessions that will allow you to find out what studying these subjects at a Higher Level would entail and where gaining these qualifications could take you. Completion of a taster could also result in financial support towards a qualification at Level 4 or above.
