Got a business idea buzzing in your head, but don’t know where to start? The Business Management Academy (BMA) is your 6-week launchpad to turn dreams into reality. Designed for aspiring Latina entrepreneurs, BMA guides you from a spark of inspiration to your first sale with hands-on workshops, practical tools, and a supportive community.

Over six weeks, you’ll:

• Discover how to build a business around your passion.
• Learn the essentials of business structure and operations without the overwhelm.
• Master money moves, from opening your first business account to budgeting and pricing like a pro.
• Craft your founder story and try out marketing strategies that actually work.
• Test your ideas in real time, track your progress, and grow.

BMA kicks off on October 9 with an in-person session, followed by a mix of Zoom and in-person classes, so you can join from Los Angeles or across the country! While attending every session is optional, we highly recommend it to get the full experience.

Our 6th session leads us to the Latina Startup Business Expo, where you’ll showcase your product or service, meet the community, and experience the thrill of making your first sale.

Goal: Transform raw ideas into clear, testable business concepts.

First Half of Program

• Million-dollar ideas = meaning + problem-solving, not just money.
