On April 28 and 29, the City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting individual Business Information Meetings for Fixed Based Operators and other interested parties, in preparation for the release of a competitive Revenue Contract Solicitations (RCS) for a Fixed Based Operator opportunity at Deer Valley Airport. Interested parties are encouraged to attend a Business Information Meeting to learn about the scope of the RCS opportunity and ask any questions you have on the process.

EVENT SCHEDULE

• Business Information Meeting Day #1: Register for the event by reserving a ticket and entering your company name, phone number and email address. A member from the Business and Properties team will contact you to register for the 1 hour session. Sessions will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Business Information Meeting Day #2: Register for the event by reserving a ticket and entering your company name, phone number and email address. A member from the Business and Properties team will contact you to register for the 1 hour session. Sessions will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Registration is required in order to attend this event.

Registration will close on Friday, April 25.

This event is preferred to be in-person at the Barrio Brewing Co. Restaurant located at Deer Valley Airport.

Deer Valley Airport is located on Deer Valley Road just West of 7th Avenue.
