In this seminar we’ll review the impact generative artificial intelligence is having in marketing and advertising.
In particular, we’ll discuss the connections between the increased use of AI and potential repercussions for laws related to trade mark infringement.
We’ll also specifically address comparative advertising – where you “call out” a competitor to demonstrate the benefits of your product – and the inherent risks in this approach for your business given recent developments in Australian case law.
