About Radek Mlčák
Radek Mlčák has served as CEO of Provident Financial Czech Republic for the past year. He previously held the role of Financial Director, where he simplified the product portfolio and streamlined internal processes. As CEO, he focuses on strategic growth, innovation, strengthening market position and responsible lending. Earlier in his career, he worked at ING Bank, the Czech National Bank and PwC. He is a graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business and a father of four children.
