Business/Brand Photoshoot

Headshots are essential for almost any proffession you decide to pursue. Actors need headshots to get auditions, CEO's need headshots for their bio and most artist need headshots that will authentically represent the person behind the art.

UltraOptics Productions is selecting 10 small businesses, all artist, influencers, personal trainers and anyone else looking to rebrand or simply update their headshot.

Event details

UltraOptics Productions will provide a 20min session to each individual. The client is expected to come fully dressed, hair and makeup ready to shoot. Client is advised to arrive 15min early, checkin with front desk, and wait in lobby/bar area until a member of the team comes to grab you for your session. In return, client will be provided 1 high definition edited headshot sent digitally in JPEG and PDF for printing purposes.

Additional Details

Exact Studio & Time slots will be provided one week before the shoot and will range from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Your time slot is ESSENTIAL, you will not be able to shoot if you miss your timeslot. Arrive Early if needed. The funds collected for this session goes towards the studio rental, so absolutely no refunds will be provided and because this is a One time promo, this shoot can not be rescheduled.

Please be mindful, this is NOT a personal photoshoot. This shoot is for the purpose of my portfolio and in exchange you will recieve a proffessional headshot for your bio, business or brand. Shoots will be brief, please DO NOT LINGER around after your session ends, please be respectful and allow others privacy while they shoot unless you're up next in line to shoot.

Disclaimer

Client understands that the reduced rate is in exchange for my personal portfolio usage and that RaQia Campbell owner of UltraOptics Productions owns all intellectual property rights and publish rights to all images shot and delivered for this event.

Client also understands that any usage of the headshot provided are for portfolio/websit/social media platforms and non commercial usage. For commercial rights to photo, client will provide UltraOptics Productions with a written request.
Client is provided One edited professional headshot that caters to your brand or identity, and has the option of purchasing additional raw images from the shoot.
