Business and Tax Strategies for LLCs and S-Corporations
This is another topic on which business advisors receive many questions and concerns from business owners. They want to know, “Is my business structured sufficiently to protect from possible lawsuits, and am I paying too many taxes?” This workshop will cover these issues and seek to answer your questions.
Join two of Muncie’s finest, Jim Borgmann and TJ Bush, as they share experiences and insights to help you properly navigate business and tax strategies. Jim and TJ will navigate these issues as a business attorney and certified public accountants to help you understand your business and personal options. After their presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
If you are an LLC or S-Corp business owner, this session should be a “must-attend" during Showcase Week. As with all Showcase Week events, it is free to attend, but registration is required.
