Once a month on Tuesdays, we host inspiring talks by Amsterdam's leading business professionals. From industries covering fashion, tech, sustainability, hospitality and design, our Business After-Hours event series connects interesting people in the same industry while teaching them something new.

This session will explore what it takes to be an inclusive leader, offering practical insights into cultivating diversity, promoting equity, and uniting people through shared understanding and purpose.

Join us for an inspiring session with Omena Ukeleghe (she/her), a Nigerian-born, London-raised trailblazer now based in Amsterdam. As the CEO and Founder of Creative Jam Sessions (CJS), Omena brings over 15 years of expertise in driving engagement, transforming workplace cultures, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Through CJS, Omena has led impactful DEI programs, helping organizations build inclusive cultures and create meaningful change. Her career includes leadership roles at industry giants like Deloitte, PVH Europe BV, EY, and KPMG UK LLP, where she excelled in managing global programs, delivering strategic initiatives, and fostering collaboration across teams.
