October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and this year’s theme is #Every1KnowsSome1. Domestic violence impacts people in many forms beyond physical violence—harassment, financial control, and emotional abuse. Statistics show that about 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced severe physical violence from a partner in their lifetime.
? Show your support on Purple Thursday by wearing purple on October 17 to raise awareness and stand with survivors. Help let them know that help is available.
