Sign up now to join the January 15, 2025 bus trip to see this wonderful exhibition celebrating the 150th year of the be-ginning of the Impressionist movement that is considered to be the birth of modern painting.
The exhibit includes over 350 paintings from the first Impressionist exhibition, as well as works from the established Paris Salon at the Academie of Beaux Arts during the same year in 1874.
Participants will have ample opportunity to view the full collection of the gallery, and to attend a special lecture at 11:00 am in the East Wing Lecture Hall. There are many options for lunch and snacks at the museum.
Travel to and from the gallery will be in a deluxe touring bus with amenities for your travel comfort. Snacks and water will be provided. The approximate time of departure will be 6:30am from Ocean View, returning about 7:30pm. There will be two pickup/dropoff sites, one in the Ocean View/Bethany area and the other around 15 minutes later in the Rehoboth area.
