Come and join us at Nowton Park, Bury St Edmunds.
Meet at 8.45am (ish) outside the cafe/toilet block.
We will walk (and chat), jog and occasionally break out into a run, completing 1 or 2 loops around the normal park run route.
Stay for a cuppa and cake after if you like and hopefully the sun will join us as well!
Suitable for anyone recently diagnosed, mid treatment, post surgery, or just looking to build fitness ready for treatment/surgery, or to recover afterwards - you are all welcome.
Family, friends and dogs also welcome.
