Who is it for?
Anybody who wants my advice, but cannot justify the overheads of a fully-fledged consultancy assignment.
What is it?
Email exchange, telephone call, WebEx conference or meeting.
Why?
Because you have specific questions not answered by general material such as the book or workshop.
What happens?
You book a slot and send any material ahead. I digest your material and contact you at an agreed time. All within the time box of the slot length that you booked.
What will we cover?
Your issues, with one of these, in order of preference: a solution; or a methodology for you to reach a solution; or a statement of the key issues for you to address.
What’s included?
All standard or new material that I send before, during or after the session | Some essential time set aside to concentrate on your issues.
What guarantees do you give?
This session uses powerful approaches that are already proven. If the session proves not to be excellent value for you, please let us know before the half-way point. If we stop then, we will return your session fee the next working day, without quibble. Please give us your views on how we can improve.

How do I get there?
We will ring you and send an invitation to the WebEx conference if we need one. The Eventbrite profile to the right has a map for meetings. Or use your favourite travel app (ours is at citymapper.com) to get to: 129 Newland Gardens, Hertford SG13 7WY. There are car parking spaces. Our office is under 10 minutes walk from Hertford East railway station and under 20 minutes from Hertford North.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to get involved?
You must be over 16.
Do you also offer this advice in-house?
Yes.
Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with the session?
Yes – provided you stop before we are half-way through, and follow up to tell us how we can improve the approach.
