KidVentures (Ages 3-6) and Explorers Camp (Ages 7-11)
Young adventurers at Earth Explorers Summer Camp plunge into a thrilling journey through time and space! Set against the backdrop of our natural history museum, campers experience hands-on activities, fossil excavations, and exhibits that bring Earth's history to life. From digging up ancient artifacts to uncovering the mysteries of dinosaurs, every day is an exploration of the wonders that shaped our planet. Led by Burpee’s educators, the camp blends education with excitement, inspiring a love for science and discovery. It's a summer camp experience where curiosity meets adventure, and lifelong memories are unearthed!
This four-day camp will allow students to dig deeper into topics with connected activities across the week. Laboratory experiences will include classroom experiments, lab work in the Burpee’s River lab, the new biology research lab, and the Nature Nook.
Friday (final day) is a parent/guardian open house where participants can show off what they have learned during the week!
Students should bring a sack lunch and beverage daily. There is fresh filtered water available to fill your containers.

Explorers (Ages 7-11): 10am-2pm
KidVentures (Ages 3-6): 10am-2pm -*Children who are not bathroom proficient need to be accompanied by an adult*
Cost:
Nonmembers: $140
Members: $90
Ticket sales end at 2 pm on July 8th at midnight.
Due to the cost of staff and materials, refunds will not be given after July 8, 2024
Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellation MUST be received 7 clear days ahead to receive a refund. A fee of 20% will be deducted from any refund after initial purchase.
