Maximum enrollment 20 scouts
Buzzing bees and beautiful butterflies will introduce your scout to the teeny tiny world of insects! Join us to earn this merit badge looking at sometimes microscopic foundation of our ecosystem.
In this class, scouts will earn their Insect Merit Badge. Let’s explore the world of insects! Meet some insects up close and learn about insect characteristics and classification.
Some homework is required, worksheets will be provided upon registration. If the homework is completed, the scouts will have earned their Insect Study Merit Badge.
Pre-registration & prepayment are required to attend.

Scout: $15
Parent/Additional Adult/Sibling: $6.00 each

In-Person Class Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025, 1 - 3pm

Burpee does not provide patches/badges. In Person check-in starts 15 minutes before the program start time, please plan to be here early so we can start on time.
Cancellation/refund policy:
If cancellation is received 7 clear days ahead of the date a refund less 20% will be issued. Please be aware that we sometimes have to cancel a program because it did not reach the minimum registration requirement.
