We have resolved to make our Club AGM evening more of a social occasion with a free (YES that means no cost to attendees!!) BBQ at 6:30pm (bar will be open with your first drink “on the house”) followed by what should be a brief AGM at 7:30pm. All officer and committee positions are “up for annual election” per our current constitution. If you could be interested in becoming part of the 2024 Club committee and want more details, please feel free to contact me, or Malcolm MUXLOW at [email protected] . Of course there are a HUGE number of tasks that YOU could help the Club with, even if it’s not as an actual committee member – so if you can offer support it will be extremely appreciated, and for planning purposes we would love to hear from you ASAP.
