Burns Night 2025
Come join us at MacMillan Spirit House for a night filled with Scottish tradition, poetry, and haggis! 🏴 Get ready to celebrate the life and poetry of Robert Burns in style. Don your tartan, enjoy some bagpipes, and toast to the haggis as we honor Scotland's national bard. It's going to be a night to remember, so mark your calendars and get ready for a truly Scottish experience!
We start with a Scotch Tasting, enjoying fine drams from throughout the Scottish Highlands.
We then move to the Dining Hall for a traditional Burns Night Supper, featuring Balmoral Chicken (with haggis and whisky sauce), cullin skink, neeps and tatties, and dessert. Music, as well as our Toast, will be led by Sean Healy and friends.
