Burnout to Breathe-Out is a 60-minute unwind session created for busy, stressed, and curious first-timers who want real relief, not more “to-dos” on their plate.
In a relaxed, welcoming space, you’ll be guided by an experienced Art of Living instructor into simple, science-backed breathwork and meditation practices that anyone can do.
- Gentle Breaths, Big Shift: You’ll get a taste of SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga), one of the world’s most researched breath-based meditation techniques, along with gentle breathing exercises to release stress, clear the mind, and re-energize the body.
- Meditation for Inner Calm: The session includes a live guided meditation plus space for questions and sharing, so you can connect, reflect, or just quietly receive.
Come as you are—leave lighter, clearer, and breathing a little easier. No experience needed.
