Burnout to Breath: A Somatic Reset for the Nervous System
If you’re running on fumes, stuck in overdrive, or feeling wired and tired, this session is for you. Even if you’ve tried resting, you might still feel tense, foggy, or emotionally flat. This session is designed for high-achievers ready to reconnect to their body, regulate their nervous system, and rediscover their energy.
You might notice these signs:
Waking up tired, even after a full night’s sleep
Overthinking decisions and feeling emotionally reactive
Craving peace but feeling disconnected from your body
Often feeling “on” and unable to fully relax
Workshop Details:
Through guided somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and nervous system education, you’ll be supported to safely release stored tension, calm your system, and access clarity from within.
What to bring/prepare:
Comfortable clothing for movement
Water bottle and journal
Yoga mat provided
Optional: blanket, eye pillow, essential oils
Arrive: 5–10 minutes early to settle in
Unwind further with a wholesome plant-based dinner and dessert, a nurturing way to ground yourself and enjoy a sense of calm and connection after the session.
Contraindications for Breathwork:
Breathwork can be a powerful tool but may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have:
Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease)
Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
A history of seizures or epilepsy
Diagnosed mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
Pregnancy (some breath patterns may need modification)
Recent surgery or physical injuries that limit movement
You are always welcome to participate in the somatic and movement elements without engaging in deep breathwork—your safety and well-being are our priority.
