This month, we will joined by Sarah Livingston of ARE U Motivated.
ARE U Motivated is a for-profit company that provides burnout awareness training for employees across all industries. Understanding the signs and symptoms of burnout empowers you to prevent it or intervene when needed.
Their training is a group discussion, tailored to your experiences. Once you have registered, you will be asked to complete an anonymous survey (no name or contact info required): The survey asks if you recognize burnout in your life and to share your insights. They will analyze the responses, identify common themes, and use research to shape a discussion that meets your needs.
This process is called APH Talks:
A – Assess survey responses
P – Present key findings
H – Help with practical strategies
