10月3日（木）20:00より、今シーズン最後のオフラインミートアップを開催します。
この日は翌日から現地で始まる事前設営期間、Bulider's Weekへの出発式 もあわせて行います。
いつものミートアップと同じプログラムに加え、ささやかですが出発式を開催します。
ミートアップの最後に最初のビルダーが現地に向けて旅立ちます！
内容：出発式＋通常ミートアップ
参加方法：申し込み不要、当日ふらっと参加OK！
YOKOSO MEETUPとは？
「Burning Japan に興味はあるけど、まだよく分からない…」
そんな未経験者や初参加の方に向けて、Burning Japanの魅力を分かりやすく紹介するプログラムです。
経験者と直接つながり、仲間を見つけるきっかけにもなります。
このプログラムでは、例えばこんな内容を紹介しています：
- ライドシェアを探す
- Burning Japanとは？
- 過去のイベントの様子、今年の目玉アート、テーマキャンプの紹介
- 参加前に感じやすい不安点の解消
- サバイバルガイド（持ち物や準備のポイント）
- ギフティング文化（お金ではなく贈り合いで成り立つ仕組み）
初めての方も、何度も参加している方も、誰でも大歓迎です。
出発式を兼ねた特別な夜に、ぜひ一緒に参加してください！

This MeetUp is your chance to learn about Burning Japan and Burning Man before purchasing tickets and to connect with other participants.
For experienced Burners, it’s a space to discuss theme camps or art installations and recruit collaborators.
What you can do at this event:
– Find a Rideshare
– Learn about Burning Japan 2025 and how to participate
– Hear about the charm and culture of Burning Man
– Get a survival guide for first-timers, tips on gifting, and camp life advice
– Network with experienced Burners, organizers, and other participants
– Ask questions, share ideas, and connect with the community
