BURNER and UNDERDARK, on their co-headline March weekender.
We welcome back to the Asinine stage, BURNER, returning after their successful headliner back in October! Burner weave death metal, hardcore, and fractions of black metal into their calculated disorder - with influences from bands such as Converge and Darkest Hour. Burner has played Bloodstock, 2000 Trees, and will be playing Arctangent this year - and have landed support slots with bands such as Sylosis and Portrayal of Guilt.
UNDERDARK are our second co-headliner! Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences, Underdark has forged a unique sonicidentity that blends elements of black metal, post-rock, and post-hardcore. Their music is characterized by ethereal melodies, atmospheric textures, and intense, emotive vocals. Their ability to seamlessly combine the ferocity of black metal with the expansiveness of post-rock sets them apart in the modern music landscape.
Joining Burner and Underdark are our local support acts, we welcome BERENICE back, described as a relentless, uncompromising, ferocious blend of hardcore, metal, crust and grind - they are the perfect accompaniment to this sonically diverse bill.
We also have mountain peaks joining us with their melodic emo - inspired by the likes of Touche Amore and La Dispute, mountain peaks merge influences of midwest emo and post hardcore.
