In this powerful series, Healing Legacy Counseling presents "Burned but Not Out: Reclaiming Self" — an interactive class designed to help parents navigate the challenges of burnout, reconnect with their sense of self, and find a healthy balance in the whirlwind of daily life.

Led by experienced professionals Hayley Whitman, LPCC-S and Bianca Reyes, MFT-T, this first session will provide practical tools and compassionate guidance for reclaiming your energy, mental health, and sense of joy. Together, we will explore strategies to recognize burnout, practice self-care, set healthy boundaries, and reignite the passions that make you you.
