Celebrate National Burpee Day with Burn Granger at a Game Day Pop-Up Camp! Burn Granger's personal trainers will lead you through a 45-minute camp dedicated to the exercise that you love to hate...burpees!
They’re one of the most physically demanding exercises out there.
Because they target every major muscle group in the body.
Because they test our strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Because in Burn Nation, we’re all a little crazy (in the best way).
Everyone is welcome to join this pop-up, taking place at the Football Field in the Parking Lot at the Inn at Saint Mary's. Please complete this waiver BEFORE camp if you haven't attend camp at Burn Granger: https://lo.ls/3awvnmp.
The best part? This crazy burpee challenge is dedicated to a good cause - raising funds for Hello Gorgeous! Every attendee is encouraged to make a minimum $20 donation to support this non-profit organization that is restoring the beauty that cancer steals in women battling all types of cancer. Join us this October to raise awareness and funds to support every woman to feel empowered while they are battling cancer!
After camp, stick around for a tailgate in the parking lot! We will provide post-camp snacks and beverages. You're welcome to leave your car in the Gillespie Parking lot if you're headed to the ND game afterwards!
