Burn & Bites

Join us in Ramen Lab West Boca on Saturday 11th October at 9:30am for Orangetheory X Ramen Lab. Nothing like an Orangetheory workout to put us in the Halloween spirit. After the class, we wil have Orange Theory themed bites and smoothies!

The first 15 Orangetheory members get in FREE, contact Orangetheory for the exclusive CODE!

For everyone else, tickets are just $25 (excluding taxes and fees) and include:

The class will be 45 minutes, followed by orange themed bites and smoothies.

The Class

A fun full-body burn workout to help build strength and muscle,with some light cardio to help loose that stubborn fat.

Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and sweat towel

Class starts at 9:30am sharp. Please don't be late.
