RACE KIT PICKUP
Race kits and bibs can be picked up during any of the times listed below including on race day. You may have someone else pickup your bib on your behalf, all they need is your first and last name. All runners must pickup their race kit and have their bibs pinned to the front of their shirt prior to lining up at the start line on race morning. Race bibs must be visible at all times.

Parking and Getting There:
The race will take start and finish at Spencer Smith Park - East Lawn next to the Brant St. Pier.

Parking: Please note, the City of Burlington's by-laws have changed, and many of the local lots are now paid parking, even on the weekends. Please follow all posted parking regulations. Nearby parking is available at the following locations:

Elizabeth St. Parking Lot
Race day Schedule:
8:30AM - Opening Ceremonies
9:00AM - 5KM Race Start
9:45AM - Awards Ceremony
Weather, Strollers and Dogs:
Weather - The race will happen rain or shine, we only cancel in the event of extreme conditions. Please monitor the weather and plan accordingly. It is up to you to choose a distance that is safe and suitable for you.
Strollers and Dogs - Strollers are permitted in the race, we just ask that you start at the back of the starting corral. Dogs and pets are NOT permitted to take part in any of the events. This is an Athletics Ontario Policy and exceptions will not be made.
Ear buds - It is strongly recommended that if you are running with ear buds that you only run with one ear bud in so that you can be aware of your surroundings and hear all instructions given by race officials.
Awards Ceremony
An awards ceremony for overall winners and age category winners of the 5KM will take place at the event site starting at 9:45AM.
