Want to work on your dance technique to add more ease, grace, force, and movement quality to your stage performances?
Join us for company class April 12th-May24th!
Each class is 1 hour long and focuses on the necessary skills and knowledge needed to successfully execute basic dance technique and finesse your movement for stage.
Teachers are highly knowledgable in many dance techniques and styles and are also able to provide adaptations such as modifications for seated dancers or dancers recovering from injuries.

Wednesdays - Jazz Technique for Heels
7pm-8pm every Wednesday starting April 16th
Learn a classic jazz warmup in jazz shoes, socks, or bare feet that works on:
- Isolations
- Musicality
- Flexibility
- Strength & Conditioning
- Movement Dynamics
Then, slap your heels on (if you'd like to) and learn across the floors and short, center combos to work on:
- Movement vocabular
- Footwork
- Turns
- Direction Changes
- Performance Quality

Saturdays - Strength & Conditioning for Dancers
10am-11am every Saturday starting April 12th
The perfect Saturday morning class, this class will utilize exercises from:
- Floor barre
- Feldenkrais method
- Mixed modern techniques
- Pilates & Yoga
- and more!
To work on:
- Core & back strength
- Essential leg, ankle, and foot strength
- Upper body strength
- Increasing neuro-muscular pathways
- Stabilization
- Flexibility
This is one of those classes that feels super chill, then the next day, you're like, "Damn, I'm sore!"

About Your Instructor:
Miss Lady Legs grew up in competitive ballet learning the Vaganova method and going on to train in other ballet techniques, modern techniques, jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. She went on to study dance at Cornish College of the Arts and danced professionally in contemporary and contemporary ballet companies in Seattle, Washingting and Los Angeles, California.
She has been teaching since a teenager and has taught ages 7-97 in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, contemporary, and lyrical dance. With an emphasis on helping dancers make the techniques work for their bodies and gain confidence in their abilities, Miss Lady Legs facilitates her students in technical breakthroughs without losing sight of performance quality and, most importantly, having fun!
