This three-hour easy paddle on Center Hill Lake to Burgess Falls is only 90 minutes from Nashville.
About this Event
With a guide from our friends at Cumberland Kayak & Adventure Company, this easy paddle is perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. After an easy 2-mile paddle, our group will have an hour to explore the falls, take in the sights, and go for a swim!
If you have your own kayak or paddleboard, we’ll be meeting at Cane Hollow Recreation Area at 10:45am CT.

Please bring a lifejacket (lifejackets will be provided with rentals), water shoes for walking around near the waterfall, water, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses. Also, consider bringing lunch and/or snacks to enjoy at the base of the falls.
