Working in pairs, you'll bake a batch of brioche burger buns, finished with sesame seeds, to enjoy during class and take some home too. Then you'll grind your own meat and shape your burgers, choosing to BBQ or pan sear them—or even try your hand at Smash Burgers. We’ll also fry up a batch of crispy fries and make quick pickles to round out your burger feast
