About This Workshop:
Usui Reiki is a spiritual and energy healing method. Reiki practitioners place their hands on or near the body to direct vital energy to promote harmony within the mind and body and help achieve physical, emotional and mental balance and well-being. This 2 hour Yin Yoga class will incorporate Usui Reiki focused on healing, balancing and harmonizing the seven Chakras within the body's energy system. Crystals, stones and essential oils will also be available for a more enhanced experience.
About your instructor Ron:
With over a decade of practicing and teaching yoga, Ron aims to create unique yoga experience every class inspiring his students to challenge themselves physically and mindfully into emotional and spiritual growth. He is a certified yoga teacher and Usui Reiki practitioner.
Price: $50.00 plus HST - non members must pay drop in guest fee plus workshop fee.
