One Seating, room opens at 6, dinner starts promptly at 6:30
Come enjoy a 6 course dinner featuring caviar paired with amazing Jefferson's Bourbon cocktails plus samples of other marques.
Trio of Snacks to start:
- deviled egg w/red tobiko
- gougere w/ creme fraiche & osetra
- mini waffle w/ some kind of lemony cream & paddlefish
1st Savory caviar doughnut filled with yuzu cream, topped with black tobiko
2nd Caviar parfait, layers of crispy potatoes, creme fraiche. smoked salmon, egg, smoked trout roe
3rd Fried chicken steam bun, kewpie mayo, dill, wild salmon roe
4th Gnocchi, smoked eel, oyster cream, kaluga hybrid sturgeon caviar
5th Roasted bone marrow, steak tartare, black truffle, caspian sea osetra caviar
Dessert Sweet corn ice cream, osetra caviar, candied violet, mini ice cream cone
(last minute changes may occur based on availablity, cocktails will be revealed upon arrival)
