Tour bunderful artwork in progress, visit with long-eared lapins and embrace creative hip-hop activities.Make BunnyFest buttons, create BunnyCrafts, don bunny ears and huddle with those who give a whisker about stuff with fluff at the iconic Torpedo Factory Art Center on the Old Town Alexandria waterfront. More than a dozen artists will hoppily herald in springy hares, show and sell cuddle-centric creations. Hands-on free activities include printing, buttonmaking, fabric painting, origami and a rabid rabbit ‘Goodnight Moon’ selfie station!
BunnyFest is from Noon-4 p.m. Sunday, April 6 at the Torpedo Factory Art Center, 105 North Union Street, Alexandria, VA. 22314. Street parking is free on Sundays.
