It's officially time to organise this tasty fundraiser! The BBQ runs from 9am to 4pm at Bunnings Marsden Park. We need people for the bellow jobs during this time. If you would like to join in all day, or can just spare an hour or two - all efforts are appreciated 😊
*Set up crew at 8.15am for 9am start
* 2 x Head chef (cooking sausages and onions)
* 2 x Cashier (taking orders and payments). We will be taking cash and card payments.
* 2- 3 Wait staff (prepping bread, handing orders to customers)
* Clean up crew at the end of the day.
If you are joining first thing in the morning we may need you to pick up/bring some supplies such as cans of drink. These will be organised prior to the event.
Please let me know if you'd like to volunteer and if there is a specific job you'd prefer or if you're a triple threat and can do anything needed.
I am still working with the Bunnings store as to how we can have shade/gazebo so we can have some canine representatives for the day, if this is successful I will be calling for help with public relations (bringing a dog and chatting to the public).
