BUNDA (Arts District) POPUP Workout @ 33 Taps
BUNDA is the first 1/2 stairmaster, 1/2 strength training gym that was founded here in Los Angeles back in 2018. We can't wait to bring our science backed program and unmatched community to Arts District!
We're partnering with our friends at 33 Taps DTLA to bring you an exclusive sneak peek at the glute activation and isolation work we put in every Saturday during our signature Glute Camp class. In this 45 minute booty burn workout, we'll be using bands to activate and isolate the glutes plus additional core work - all led by our certified Bünda trainers. Stay after the workout to meet your new favorite workout crew and enjoy discounted drinks at 33 Taps!
The event is free to attend but please RSVP ahead of time to make sure you have a spot! Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated but not required. Please bring water and weark workout attire (including shoes).
