Bums and Tums is a 45-minute circuit style group training session that is specifically focused on training the muscles of the glutes/hip complex and the core - from the diaphragm to the deep abdominals, pelvic floor, obliques and deep back muscles. We will focus on a range of movement types from isolated/muscle group specific training - like plank or V-sits, through to functional movement based/compound exercises such as deadlift variations or squats... If you don’t quite understand what this means or why we should do these things, then come along to the class and all will be explained!!

Cost: $25.00 pp
