Bumps & Balance Workshop
Join us for a special prenatal workshop focused on creating community and commemorating this special time. We will first create space for community, meeting other expectant parents and providers that work with new parents. Attendees will have the opportunity to capture the beauty of this journey with a professional mini-photo session of their baby bump. Attendees will then enjoy a prenatal yoga flow with Courtney Easterling (200-RYT, RPYT) with time at the end for questions. Every attendee will also receive a guide to practicing yoga safely during pregnancy to continue the journey after class. We are excited for you to join us!
