Join other new parents for a chat and a have hot drink made for you by one of our volunteers.
All welcome so do spread the word, you don't need to be an NCT member or to have attended antenatal classes with NCT.
This month we will be joined by a speaker from Summit Chiropractic who will be talking about pregnancy and postnatal wellbeing. Information will include practical tips on back care, posture, and life during and after pregnancy from a chiropractic perspective.
