Expect a gentle and empowering prenatal yoga session held right on the sand by a Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist.
This class is designed to help you feel more connected, strong, and calm as you prepare for birth and motherhood.
No yoga experience necessary—this is all about feeling good in your body. Bring a mat or beach towel, lots of water, and anything that helps you feel safe and cool on the beach.
Cold lavender towels will be provided.
