History is optional. Laughs are guaranteed.Join us for Richmond BS Tours—an improvised walking tour where every “fact” is wildly inaccurate and every stop is a setup for comedy gold. Our guides are master storytellers, spinning bold claims, made-up history, and total nonsense at every turn.
This August, we’re turning up the absurdity with an Open Mic Edition! Local comedians will take the proverbial mic to deliver their own hilarious, entirely fictional take on the Richmond you thought you knew. It’s part walking tour, part stand-up show, and 100% BS.
The tour kicks off at the VMFA lobby. Please note: this event is not associated with or sponsored by the VMFA. We will gather at the tables outside the cafe.
