Q: What is this event?
A: Bulls, Bands & Barrels is the premier western sports competition and live entertainment experience, bringing together rodeo and live music fans in professional arenas and rodeo facilities across the United States. BBB features competitive bull riding, barrel racing and bullfighting which are considered the most exciting rodeo events today.
Q: Who is performing at this event?
A: Following the bulls & barrels, we will have a LIVE CONCERT featuring Pat Green and Ian Munsick to finish the night off with a bang!
Q: How do I sign up family or friends to volunteer with me?
A: To ensure effective communication, individual registration is required for volunteers using their own name, email, phone number, and zip code. For group registration or assistance with multiple sign-ups using the SAME email/phone, email [email protected]. Volunteer spots are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: How do I sign up a group to serve at this event?
A: Feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected], sharing the details of the event you're interested in serving at. We'll be more than happy to help you and your group get registered for the event!
Q: Will we get a free ticket into the event?
A: When you sign up to volunteer, you will not receive a ticket (seat) into the event. Our team members will try their best to allow for volunteers to rotate and see as much of the show as possible.
Q: How important is it to arrive at the training time?
A: Very important! The specified time is when our on-site representative is ready to help with volunteer check-in and ensure they can access the venue. Please remember to account for parking and aim to arrive at the entrance a few minutes before your scheduled shift time – we appreciate your punctuality!
Q: How will I know where to go or who my contact is?
A: Once you’re signed up, we’ll keep you in the loop with updates via email and text. On show day, we’ll send arrival details, entrance info, and your on-site contact. Any questions? Reach us at [email protected].
