The Bullet Journal® Method is more than a planner; it’s a mindfulness practice built into a productivity system. In this two-part workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of Bujo and start setting up your own journal in real time.
Across two 1-hour sessions, you’ll:
✔️ Practice rapid logging to capture tasks, notes, and ideas with clarity
✔️ Learn core collections (Index, Future Log, Daily Log, Monthly Log)
✔️ Try the Intentional Cycle: record, reflect, refine, respond
✔️ Explore how Bujo integrates seamlessly with digital tools
✔️ Create a journal that’s functional, personalized, and sustainable
📓 Bring any notebook and pen you love. A blank journal is recommended if you’re starting fresh.
This workshop is taught by Melissa McHenry, Certified Bullet Journal® Teacher and mindful productivity educator. Melissa brings over 10 years of HR and operations expertise, and a unique approach to Bujo as a personal operating system for both work and life.
