Bull City Explorer Challenge

• Name: Bull City Explorer Challenge
• When: During the Parade of Homes (all day, during tour hours)
• Where: Throughout Durham — visiting six participating businesses, ending at one of the Parade homes
• ***Instructions: Upon registering, Naima will email you the first clue so you'll know where to start your hunt!
• Final Meeting: Meet Naima Lewis at the model home featured in the Parade
• Bonus Feature: Live radio broadcast from the final home in the afternoon

1. Get Started
   Participants begin by picking up a map or list of the six businesses involved (available online or at a kickoff point).
2. Visit 6 Businesses & Collect Keys
   Travel to each of the six designated businesses in Durham. At each stop, collect a “key” (a token, voucher, sticker, or unique code) that confirms your visit.
3. Share Along the Way
   As you visit each location, post a photo or short update to your social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), tagging the event and using #BullCityExplorer. These posts count as entries into midday drawings held throughout the day.
4. Deliver Your Keys to Naima
   After collecting all six keys, make your way to the final destination — a Parade home designated as the concluding spot. Meet Naima Lewis there and turn in your keys for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

6. • Midday drawings will be held periodically and winners announced via radio, on-site, and online.
   • The Grand Prize Drawing will take place at a set time in the late afternoon, live from the model home.
   • During the radio broadcast, we’ll highlight participants, announce winners, and share stories and updates from the day.

• Midday Prize Drawings — Earn entries by posting progress on social media as you visit stops
• Grand Prize Drawing — All participants who submit full sets of six keys are eligible
• Bonus Awards — Likely categories like “First Finisher,” “Most Creative Photo,” “Best Caption,” etc.

Tune in! We’ll broadcast live in the afternoon from the final Parade home, featuring:

• Interviews with participants and Naima Lewis
• On-the-air announcements of midday and grand prize winners
• Updates on the scavenger hunt’s progress
• Audience interactions, shout-outs, and possible surprise clues

• Wear comfortable shoes and bring a fully charged smartphone
• Plan your route — the six businesses may be spread around the city
• Check each business’s hours ahead of time
• Use the hashtag #BullCityExplorer and tag the event account in your posts to ensure your entries count
• Arrive at the final home with enough time to turn in your keys before the grand prize drawing
