Get ready to dig in and make a difference! We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Bulb Planting Day on Sunday, 17th November, from 10am to 12pm at KGVR. Together, we’ll plant 3000 bulbs to brighten up our grounds, focusing mainly on the Labyrinth.
Event details:
• Date: Sunday, 17th November 2024
• Time: 10am – 12pm
• Location: King George V Recreation Ground, meeting near the skatepark
To make sure everyone is ready, we’ll start with a short briefing and bulb allocation at 10am.
What to bring/wear:
• Gardening Gloves
• Tools – suitable for planting bulbs
• Appropriate clothing for outdoor work – dress warmly and be prepared for possible wet or muddy conditions
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our community space, meet fellow volunteers and residents, and enjoy some fresh air and exercise.
