Built 2 Move: Free Mobility & Injury Prevention Workshop

This workshop is about helping your body keep up with your training. Led by a performance physical therapist from Rehab 2 Perform, you’ll learn how mobility, strength, and smart movement work together to reduce injury risk and improve performance, whether you lift, run, CrossFit, play sports, or just train hard because you love it.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can actually use: better warm-ups, smarter recovery, and movement strategies that help you train harder and longer, without constantly feeling beat up.

*Please wear active/workout clothing and athletic/tennis shoes. Bring your own Water Bottle. Yoga mat is recommended to bring.
