Journaling comes in many forms. In this workshop, you will gather in the serene and inspiring living room lobby of guesthouse by good neighbor to play with writing, drawing, breath, and moving to find a journaling practice that fits your life. Warm up with writing for flow, experiment with prompts for generating focus, and ground into practice with meditation and breathwork. You'll leave with an array of expressive, creative practices for writing and supporting your life in the process. If you've been curious about journaling -- how to start, or how to pick up where you left off -- this experience is for you.

- Bring a sturdy journal and your favorite writing tools [pens, pencils]

About your Instructor:
Kelly Odette Laughlin (she/her) is a NYC-based teaching artist, writer, bookbinder, creative guide, and the founder of Odette Press. Combining her background in printmaking, yoga, and meditation with a love of embodiment, voice, and nature, Kelly guides groups across the globe to find inspiration, grounding, and art in the everyday through her in person and online experiences.
