Start or refine your yoga journey in an encouraging environment with Rock n Flow Yoga's 4-week-long workshop series. During each 90-minute session, we will break down Vinyasa yoga breath and movement--transition, seated, standing, and balancing poses with a different focus each week, leading to sequencing the poses together at the end, helping to improve your form and how you feel in the poses.

This workshop is held in a fun, spacious room called The Coop, which gives a vibe of the outdoors inside with the faux moss-covered main wall. The workshop also includes Q&A opportunities and a takeaway tip sheet for reference. Spots are limited to provide an optimal learning environment and fill up fast due to popularity.
